Showing Feedback is extremely important to know what buyer’s think of your home particularly to make any changes necessary to the home during the listing or after a period of time if it is necessary to reduce the price.

Immediately after every showing we attempt to get feedback from the agent or directly from the buyer if they do not have an agent. If they do not reply that day then we try a a minimum of a total of three times. We then automatically send that unfiltered feedback directly to our sellers.
